视神经母细胞瘤蛋白与血液系统肿瘤
摘要
视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白(pRb)以其磷酸化和去磷酸化形式决定着转录因子E2F的活性,在细胞周期调控中处于中心环节,从而控制着细胞的生长和分化。并且Rb基因作为第一个被克隆成功的抑癌基因,在包括血液系统肿瘤在内的多种肿瘤中发现有pRb表达的异常。这种异常表达对血液系统恶性肿瘤的发生发展以及决定其对化疗药物的敏感性等方面具有重要意义。
