Wnts与造血干细胞的自我更新

摘要 造血干细胞既有自我更新的能力,又有定向分化成各系血细胞的能力。Wnt蛋白与其受体结合,通过Wnt信号传递途径,调控细胞的生长,参与发育的多个重要过程。研究表明,在造血系统可溶性 Wnt蛋白能导致造血干祖细胞的扩增,在造血干细胞自我更新中扮演了一个重要的角色。
