摘要
以印染行业前处理为背景,简要介绍了前处理工艺中的丝光流程。为了达到对丝光工艺中碱液浓度控制的目的,设计开发了控制系统。详细介绍了系统的总体方案,硬件设计和软件设计等问题。用pH复合电极测量稀释后的碱液的pH值,计算出碱液的浓度,通过计算的结果来对碱液进行加水或者碱液来达到控制碱液浓度恒定的目的。通过对系统的分析认为,该系统如应用模糊控制和自适应控制等更优化的控制算法,采用光谱检测,改进pH值的检测方法,可使系统的可靠性精度和实时性进一步提高。
Pre-transact techniques of polishing on the background of printing and dyeing is introduced.In order to keep the liquor concentration invariable,a process control system is designed.The scheme includes hardware design and software design in detail.The compound pole is used to measure the liquor pH value.Then the liquor concentration is calculated. By adding the water or lye into liquor,the liquor concentration can be kept invariable.
