电离辐射对大鼠小肠亮脑啡肽神经影响的免疫电镜观察

摘要 应用免疫电镜方法对25Gy ̄(60)Coγ射线照射后大鼠小肠亮脑啡肽(L─ENK)神经的分布做了观察。发现:受照后24hL─ENK免疫反应阳性神经终末轻度水肿,照后48h和72h可见免疫反应阳性神经终末膜结构不清,阳性标记颗粒有聚集现象。这些结构的改变,可使神经递质的运输、储存和释放等环节发生障碍。提示这些改变为受照后肠道运动功能紊乱的结构基础。 The localization of leucine─enkephalin(L─ENK) neuroterminals in small intestines of rats irradiated with 25 Gy ̄60Coγ─rays were observed by immunoelectromicroscopy. It was found that L─ENK neuroterminals with positive immunoreaction oppered sligntly swollen 24 hours after irradiation,and indistinction of membranal structure and gathering of immunoreactive granules were observed 48 h and 72 h post irradiation. It is suggested that these changes probably induced the disturbances of transportation storage and release of neurotransmitters and they may be the structural basis of disturbance of intestinal motility after irradiation.
