溃疡宝抗胃溃疡的实验研究

Experimental treatment of gastric ulcer with Kuiyang Bao

为探讨溃疡宝的作用机理，选用实验性溃疡模型进行对比研究，结果表明，溃疡宝具有明显的抗胃溃疡的发生、镇痛、中和胃酸、抑制胃液分泌和降低胃蛋白酶活性等作用；对小鼠应激性、大鼠幽门结扎性、消炎痛性、醋酸性溃疡模型的发生、溃疡指数的影响与甲氰咪胍基本一致。Ｐ＜０．０１２．３对消炎痛性溃疡模型的影响取２００ｇ左右雄性大白鼠８０只，均分为４组，禁食２４ｈ。每组动物均灌服消炎痛混悬剂２．５～５ｇ／ｋｇ，３０ｍｉｎ后分别向腹腔注射溃疡宝注射液２．５～５ｇ／ｋｇ、甲氰咪胍注射液１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，对照组注射相应体积的生理盐水。灌服消炎痛５ｈ后处死动物，结扎幽门与贲门，注入生理盐水６ｍｌ，摘胃置１％甲醛液中浸泡１５ｍｉｎ取出，沿胃大弯剪开，以游标卡尺测定溃疡直径，按下述标准评分并作为溃疡指数：瘀点：１分；直径＜１ｍｍ２分；直径在１～２ｍｍ３分；直径在２～４ｍｍ４分；直径＞４ｍｍ５分；直径＞１０ｍｍ１０分；直径＞１５ｍｍ１５分。结果表明，溃疡宝注射液２．５～５．０ｇ／ｋｇ对消炎痛性溃疡的发生有明显的保护作用（见表３）。表３对消炎痛性溃疡模型的影响２．４对醋酸性溃疡模型的影响取２００ｇ左右雄大白鼠５２只，均分为４组，禁食２４ｈ后，用?

Controlly study of therapeutic effect of Kuiyang Bao(compound Chinese herb medicine) on experimental gastric ulcer models was conducted. The results show that Kuiyang Bao has marked effects of preventing gastric ulcer, alleviating gastric pain, neutralixing gastric acid, inhibiting gastric acid secretion and lowering pepsin activity. There is no significant difference between Kuiyang Bao and cimetidine in effects on development of mouse stress ulcre,rat ulcer due to pyloric linghtion,indomethacim or acetic acid─induced ulcer models and ulcer index.
