摘要
农村初中辍学生与差生具有同源性,最大限度减少差生是遏止学生辍学的根本。通过专项执法可以遏止辍学,通过补偿教育可以建立预防、转化差生的立体防治体系,并结合小康农村教育实际,达到标本兼治的最终目的。
In the rural junior middle schools almost all the dropouts are the underachievers, so reducing the number of underachievers as much as possible is the key to the solution of the problem of students' dropping out of school. We must prevent students from dropping out of school by the law and set up the stereoscopic preventive system guarding against the appearance of underachievers by the compensatory education. Besides, we must take into consideration the educational reality of the well- off countryside. With the above measures, we can achieve the ultimate goal of solving the problem completely.
