摘要
随着教育科研的不断“群众化”,校本教研也正逐渐形成星火燎原之势。但就校本教研开展的主体———教师所具有的科研素质现状,以及校本教研得以顺利开展的一些外部保障机制而言,并不能保证我国校本教研的有效开展。因此,在充分利用现有条件的前提下,学校应积极创设开展校本教研的良好环境。
With the increasing popularization of educational scientific research, the school- based teaching research is also becoming more and more popular. However, the scientific research quality the teachers who will pursue the school- based teaching research currently possess, and the external mechanism guaranteeing the smooth development of teaching research cannot promise the effective conducting of school- based teaching research in our country. Therefore, we must create a good environment for the school- based teaching research with the available conditions at present.
