妊娠、分娩母血脐血血清骨钙素含量测定及分析 被引量:1

Determination and analysis of serum bone carboxyglutamic acid in blood of pregnant and puerperal women and in cord blood of new born infants

摘要 用(血清骨钙素BGP)放射免疫测定法,对正常妇女妊娠11~33周、34~42周及分娩后1min母血脐血骨钙素进行测定。结果:正常妇女与33周前孕妇骨钙素对照有显著差异P<0.01,34~42周血清骨钙素明显低于33周以前(P<0.01);分娩后1min后母血、脐血BGP比较P<0.01。提示:BGP这一规律变化与临床患者血钙的代谢及妊娠中晚期妇女所出现的症状相符。 serum bone carboxyglutamic acid(BGP) was detected with radioimmunoassay in blood of normal women,11 ̄33 and 34 ̄ 42 weeks pregnancy and in matenl and ambilical blood one minute post partum. The results showed that BGP contents in the blood of nomal women were higher than those of pregnancy women before 33 weeks (P<0.01). The blood BGP contents in 34 ̄42 weeks of pregnancy were obviously lower than those before 33 weeks of pregnancy. The BGP contents in cord blood were higher than those in maternal blood. The changes in BGP contents were found to be consistent with clinical manifestations in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy
