药物穴位埋藏治疗癫痫的临床研究

Clinical study of drug embedding therapy for epilepsy

为进一步探讨穴位埋藏治疗癫痫的作用机理，选择有癫痫反复发作史，经脑电图证实、临床确诊的癫痫患者６００例，随机分为药物穴位埋藏治疗组与常规抗癫痫药对照组。结果：治疗组与对照组的治愈率为７７．３３％和３３．３３％，总有效率为９２．６７％和７９．６６％，副作用发生率为３．７％和１３％，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为药物穴位埋藏治疗癫痫具有疗效确切、治愈率高、副作用少等优点，其作用机理可能与药物穴位埋藏后对组织的刺激效应、形成良性诱导、增加γ─氨基丁酸含量等有关。

To study the mechanism of drug embedding therapy at acupoints,for epilepsy, 600 epileptic patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group. The results showed that the cure rates were 77. 33% and 33. 33% respectively, total effective rates 92. 67% and 79. 66% respectively,and sideeffective rates 3. 7% and 13%, respectively,the difference being significant (P<0. 01).It is indicated that the drug embedding therapy for epilepsy had advantages of reliable therapeutic effect, high cure rate and little side effect. Its mechanism of action may be related to stimulation of tissues, formation of benign induction and increase in concentation of r-aminobutyric action.
