《喀尔喀法规》是一部清代喀尔喀地方法规的汇编。清廷为笼络喀尔喀部哲布尊丹巴呼图克图,稳定喀尔喀,允许土谢图汗等部王公制定了这部法规。该法规有关哲布尊丹巴呼图克图特权和宗教事务方面的内容被奉行于整个喀尔喀。世俗方面的内容,主要在哲布尊丹巴呼图克图大库伦和土谢图汗部实行,后来只限于大库伦内。

The Qalq-a jirum is a collection of Qalq-a local regulations in Qing Dynasty. The royal government of Qing permitted the nobles of Tüiy-e-tü Qaγan Aimaγ and other Aimaγ of Qalq-a to draw up these regulations and tried to win Jibzündamba Qutuγtu's support to keep the Qalq-a society stable. The regulations on protecting the privilege of Jibzündamba Qutuγtu and religion affairs was followed by the whole Qalq-a, The regulations on secular affairs was followed by Jibzündamba Qutuγtu's Yeke Küriy-e and Tüiy-e-tü Qaγan Aimaγ in the early period, but in the later period, it was followed only by Jibzündamba Qutuγtu's Yeke Küriy-e.
