Clinic Effect of Active Yuangong IUD and TCu220C IUD

目的 :观察活性元宫IUD的临床效果。方法 :对 10 6 0例分别放置活性元宫IUD和TCu2 2 0CIUD的育龄妇女 ,进行 2 4个月随访观察。结果 :活性元宫IUD 2 4个月的脱落率、妊娠率、因症取出率及终止率明显低于TCu2 2 0CIUD ,经检验有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。讨论

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness and side effects of active Yuangong IUD and TCu220C IUD. Methods: 1060 cases with active Yuangong IUD and TCU220C IUD from February lst , 2000 to February lst, 2002 were observed. The expulsion rate, the pregnancy rate with IUD, the take off rate due to symptom and the failure rate were compared . Results :The expulsion rate, the pregnancy rate with IUD, the take off rate due to symptom and the failure rate of Active Yangong IUD were significantly lower than that of TCu220c IUD (P<0 05). Conclusion: Active Yuangong IUD is a kind of long-term and effective contraceptive.
