Implementation of Agent Between Jabber and SOAP Protocol

为解决其他应用系统与Jabber系统的通信问题, 讨论了Jabber协议与SOAP (SimpleObjectAccessPro tocol) 协议, 并对这两个协议进行了比较。提出一种Jabber协议与SOAP协议的代理模型, 并用Java语言实现了Jabber协议与SOAP协议的相互转换。该代理适用于基于Jabber协议的系统与其他应用系统的连接, 对Jabber协议系统的功能进行了扩展, 解决了其他应用系统以Webservices方式与Jabber系统的通信问题。

To resolve the communication problems between Jabber system and other application systems, Jabber protocol and SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) protocol are discussed,and the conclusion is made from comparison of two protocols. A agent model between Jabber protocol and SOAP protocol is proposed,and the agent between Jabber protocol and SOAP protocol is implemented with Java program. This agent is suitable for comunication between Jabber protocol-based system and other application system. The function of Jabber-based System is extended, and the communication problem between other application system and Jabber system by Web service methods is resolved.
