摘要
以2个耐盐性不同的番茄品种“交农1号”和“鲜丰”为材料,用0、1/6、1/3、1/2、2/3人工海水浓度处理番茄幼苗2周,研究盐胁迫对番茄幼苗叶片中脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下番茄幼苗叶片中脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量明显增加;SOD活性明显下降,POD活性上升。“交农1号”在盐胁迫下的脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和SOD活性、POD活性都明显高于“鲜丰”,丙二醛含量则低于“鲜丰”。“交农1号”在盐胁迫下的抗盐性较强,而“鲜丰”抗盐性较差。同化脯氨酸、可溶性糖、MDA含量及SOD活性、POD活性可以作为鉴定番茄幼苗耐盐性的生理指标。
Two tomato varieties with different salt tolerance were treated under different concentration of artificial seawater for 2 weeks. Effect of salt stress on the content of proline, soluble sugar, MDA, SOD and POD in leaves of tomato seedling were studied. The result showed that the contents of proline, soluble sugar, MDA under salt stress were increased, SOD activities declined and POD activities raised. The contents of proline, soluble sugar, SOD and POD in leaves of ‘Jiaonong NO.1’were higher than those of in leaves of ‘XianFeng’, the content of MDA in leaves of ‘JiaoNong NO.1’was less than that of in leaves of ‘XianFeng’. ‘Jiaonong NO.1’had more salt tolerance than ‘XianFeng’under salt stress. The contents of proline, soluble sugar, MDA and SOD,POD activities were taken as the physiology index of tomato resistance to salt stress.
