摘要
通过气质和液质联用技术,对三种中草药植物虎杖、买麻藤和小叶买麻藤以及葡萄籽中白藜芦醇首先进行了定性研究;而后采用高压液相法对这四种植物的提纯液进行了定量研究,含量分别为53.00,36.18,32.69和30.63μg·g-1;其次对小叶买麻藤的藤茎进行了组织化学的定位研究,发现白藜芦醇在韧皮部中的含量为448.80μg·g-1,在木质部中为0μg·g-1,结果显示白藜芦醇主要存在于韧皮部中。
Three Chinese medicinal plants, Polygonum cuspidatum, Gnetum montanum and Gnetum parvifolium, and grape seeds were firstly assessed for their content in resveratrol(Res) by LC-MS and GC-MS analysis. Quantitative analysis by HPLC revealed that the amount of Res in G. parvifolium, P. cuspidatum, G. montanum, and grape seeds were 53.00, 36.18, 32.69 and 30.63 μg·g-1dry weight respectively. In G. parvifolium, the Res distributed in the phloem and in xylem were 448.80 and 0 μg·g-1 respectively. This result demonstrated that almost all of Res distributed in phloem, but not in xylem. The localization of the active substance in Chinese medicinal plants has a significant advantage for the Chinese medicine.
