动态心电图胸骨垂直导联与改良V_1导联60例对照分析

Comparative analysis of sternal vertical modified V_1 leads dynamic electrocardiography in 60 cases

对６０例拟诊心律失常患者行动态心电图（ＤＥＧ）监测，采用胸骨垂直导联（Ｓｖ）与改良Ｖ_１导联（ＭＶ_１）对照检测，并对监测结果进行分析。发现正极置于剑突上，负极置于胸骨切迹下的ＳＶ导联比常用的ＭＶ_１导联记录的Ｐ波清晰高大（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＤＣＧ监测联合应用ＳＶ与ＭＶ_５导联，有助于心律失常尤其是房性心律失常的分析和诊断。

Using sternal verical lead(SV) and modified V_1 lead (MV_1) for comparison, 60 patients with arrhythmias were monitored with dynamic electrocardioms. It was found that the P-waves of SV were much more disfinct and taller than those of MV_1 (P<O.01).It is suggested that SV lead combined with MV5 lead is useful for detection of atrial arrhythmias in dynamic ECG monitoring.
