成对、RonP和RonT室性期前收缩与室速关系的对比研究

Relationship between paired, RonP and RonT ventricular prematuer beat and ventricular tathycardia

应用动态心电图对成对、ＲｏｎＰ和ＲｏｎＴ室性期前收缩与室性心动过速（室速）关系进行了研究。发现成对室性期前收缩组室速发生率高于ＲｏｎＰ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）和ＲｏｎＴ组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＲｏｎＰ组高于ＲｏｎＴ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；且成对、ＲｏｎＰ和ＲｏｎＴ室性期前收缩及室速发生率均以心血管病组为高。除急性心肌梗塞外，无严重器质性心脏病的短阵室速很少转为室颤。

The relation of paired RonP and RonT ventricular prematurc beat (VPB) to ventricular tachycardia were studied by dynamic electrocardiography.The results showed that the occurence rate of ventricular tachycaridia in patients with paired VPB was higher than that in patients with RonP and RonT VPB(P<0.05 and P<0. 01),and that in RonP group was higher than that in RonT group (P<0.o1). It was higher in RonP group than that in RonT group.The short paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia in patients without serious organic heart disease seldom changed into ventricular fibrillatiot except for patients with acute myocardial infarction.
