摘要
阐述CAE技术在汽车仪表板模具优化设计中的应用,借助CAE模拟分析软件MPI对汽车仪表板的气体辅助注射成型进行了计算机模拟分析,优化设计了模具的浇注系统及气体辅助注射成型工艺,获得了高预测质量的产品。实践证明,CAE技术对于塑料模具的设计及塑料制品的成型具有较强的指导作用。
The application of CAE technology in the optimized mold design of car panel is presented. The computer-simulated analysis is applied in the gas-assisted injection molding of car panel by means of CAE analysis software MPI. The runner system and process of gas-assisted injection molding are optimized and high previewed quality of products are achieved. The practice shows that the CAE technology can guide mold design and molding of plastics strongly.
