摘要
针对钢质整体拉伸药筒在制造和射击过程中出现的吕德斯带问题,从理想弹塑性线性强化模型的角度出发,通过对不同工艺处理后试片的电子拉伸曲线塑性段的分析,探索了吕德斯带的形成条件,并给出相应的解决措施。
Pointing to the Luders Slips problem a steel integral drawing cartridge comes forth in manufacturing and shooting, starting with the point of view of ideal elastoplasticity and linear intensification model,and by analyzing the plasticity section of an test piece's electronic drawing curve line after disposal using different technology,explore the forming condition of Luders Slips,and give some correspondent solutions.
