摘要
TD法自1968年由日本丰田中央研究所发明以来,在机械零件及模具处理方面得到了广泛应用,是一种效果很好的表面强化方法;尤其在冷作模具方面,效果极为显著,应用得当可以大幅度提高冷作模具的使用寿命。本文就基材选用中,碳及合金元素含量、热处理温度、材料的强度及韧性等几个较为关键环节进行了分析、讨论,并结合后续的淬火和回火工艺提出了相应的选材原则及相关应用问题的解决方案。
Since TD method(Toyota Diffusion or Thermal Diffusion)was invented by Toyota Central Graduate School of Japanese in the late 1960s',this process has been widely used on a variety of parts and moulds for it's outstanding effect on surface strengthening. It is indicated that this process can drastically prolong the service life of moulds,especially on cold-work moulds. In this article, Some principles were reached through analyzing the four key points,content of carbon,content of alloy element,the heat treatment on steel substrate and the strengthen and toughness of steel substrate.At last,some solutions were given about the selection of material under representative conditions of cold-work die.
