大鼠睾丸精子发生过程中抗氧化酶活性水平的变化

摘要 目的  探讨大鼠睾丸组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSHPx)活性水平与精子发生的关系。 方法  采集不同日龄 ( 7、15、2 1、2 3、2 5、3 0、45、90日龄 )的SD雄性大鼠睾丸标本 ,化学比色法检测组织中SOD、GSHPX、CAT活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,计算SOD/(CAT +GSHPx)比值。 结果 7日龄至 90日龄 ,大鼠睾丸组织中SOD活性急剧下降 ,GSHPx和CAT水平逐渐上升 ,SOD/(CAT +GSHPx)比值逐渐下降。与 7日龄大鼠相比 ,15日龄大鼠睾丸组织中SOD活性水平和SOD/(CAT +GSHPx)显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,CAT和GSHPx活性水平差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,各日龄段的MDA含量差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论  Objective To investigate the relation between spermatogenesis and activities of SOD,CAT and GSHPx. Methods Testes of different day-old rat were collected. Biochemical parameters (SOD, CAT, GSHPx, MDA) were evaluated with spectrophotometer and the ratio of SOD/(CAT+GSHPx)was calculated. Results The activity of SOD and the ratio of SOD/(CAT+GSHPx)decreased, and GSHPx and CAT activity increased in the testis of rats from 7 to 90 day-age. Compared to 7 day-age rat, the activity of SOD and the ratio of SOD/(CAT+GSHPx) in the testis deceased significantly at 15 days of age (P<0.01),and the activity of CAT and GSHPx had not changed (P>0.05). The level of MDA in testis did not change along with age. Conclusion The activity of antioxidant enzyme in testes related closely to spermatogenesis.
