摘要
利用现有编码器,在不增加额外设备的情况下,在DVB平台上实现数字音频广播,使播出节目内容丰富,形式多样,满足用户收看收听节目的要求。
This paper introduces a method of digital audio broadcast on the DVB platform, using the same video-encoder. It can make the program more abundance, diversification, and meets the demand of the audience.
