摘要
调查刷牙后铅、镉、氟的口腔残留情况。采用原子吸收仪和氟电极测定了市售 18种牙膏中的铅、镉、游离氟的含量 ,并作了口腔牙膏残留试验。铅含量符合标准 ;含氟牙膏中氟含量 88.9%未达到国家标准 ;残留实验显示 :刷牙后铅、氟在口腔中均有不同程度的残留 ,氟在口腔的残留量大约为 9.5 %。应对刷牙后氟在口腔中的残留量进行深入研究 ,为制定儿童牙膏氟含量卫生标准提供依据。
To investigate the residual lead, cadmium, and fluoride in oral cavity after teeth brushing, the levels of lead, cadmium, and free fluoride ions in 18 commercial toothpastes were measured using atomic absorption spectrometry and fluoride ion selective electrode method. Lead level was in accordance with the standard; the fluoride level of fluoride-containing toothpastes failed the national standard; the results from residue tests showed that lead and fluoride, to various degrees, were left in oral cavity after tooth-brushing, the residual fluoride level was approximately 9.5%. Further study should be conducted on the residual fluoride level after tooth-brushing to support the development of fluoride standard on children's toothpastes. [
