摘要
本文通过加适量Mn,在铸态下获得了奥氏体基体高铬铸铁,并通过冲击试验和3种磨损试验比较并讨论了奥氏体高铬铸铁与马氏体高铬铸铁的磨损特性以及在不同磨损条件下的磨损机制。试验结果表明:在有冲击作用的磨损场合下,奥氏体高铬铸铁可表现出较好的韧性与耐磨性能匹配,其耐磨性高于马氏体高铬铸铁,且冲击功越大,磨损失重越少,耐磨性越高。
he high chromium white cast iron with austenitic matrix in the as-caststates was abtained by proper addition of manganess. The abrasive wear behavior and mechanism of austenitic and martensitic white cast iron under different condition has been discussed through impact and abrasion tests. Results show that austenitic white cast iron displayed adeguate combination of the toughness and abrasion resistence under impact load condition, so the abrasion resistance of it was prior to the martensitic white cast iron. The largerthe impact energy, the smaller the weight losses of abrasion, the better the abrasion resistence of austenitic high chromium white cast iron.
