摘要 分析和实验表明,在低业务量卫星通信系统中,用SCPC-DAMA技术能最大限度地节省空间段和地面站的费用(在相同的业务量下,与预分配系统比较)。本文从我国国情出发,采用混合控制方式,设计和实现了SCPC-DAMA卫星通信系统,并对其性能进行了分析和计算机模拟。在此基础上完成了一个主DAMA控制器和三个分站DAMA控制器及用户接口设备的研制。经系统联试证明达到了各设计要求,各DAMA控制器工作正常。混合控制式SCPC-DAMA系统特别适合于稀路由国内卫星通信区域网或专用网。 It has been found through analysis and experiment thai in light traffic satellite communication systems the capital cost of the space segment and earth stations can be saved on by the SCPC-DAMA technology most effectively. From the point of view of suitable to the domestic situations a hybrid control SCPC-DAMA system has been designed, its characteristics analysis and computer simulation has been performed. After that a master DAMA controller and three slave DAMA controller and subscriber interface equipments have been accomplished. Through the system experiment, the design target has been proved to be satisfied and DAMA controllers operate properly.Hybrid SCPC-DAMA system is especially suitable to thin-route domestic regional and private satellite communication networks.
