摘要
锅炉点火和稳燃用油是一项重要的发电成本指标。采用等离子点火技术,煤粉炉可实现节油点火和低负荷稳燃。介绍等离子点火原理和等离子点火系统的结构,并介绍该技术在宣威电厂10号机组中的应用和改进措施,其中包括:等离子点火燃烧器改造方案的调整、为满足点火要求的煤粉浓度的调整、等离子点火燃烧器布置方式的改进及燃烧系统启动与运行方式的改进。10号机组经采用等离子点火系统,节约了燃油,减少了对环境的污染。
Oil consumption for boiler ignition and sustained combustion is an important index for generation cost. Coal-fired boilers can realize oil-saving in ignition and smooth-burning at low load with plasma ignition technology. The author introduces the mechanism and structure of plasma ignition system. The application and improvement of the system used on boiler No.10 in Xuanwei Power Plant is introduced too. They are the adjustment of retrofitting scheme for burners with plasma igniter, the adjustment of coal-fineness required for ignition, the improvement of burners layout and startup and operation mode of the combustion system. The results show that the plasma ignition system can save oil and reduce emissions after retrofitted.
