摘要
分析了硫磺回收反应炉的特性以及反应炉内耐火炉衬存在的问题,并与通常采用的捣打料、刚玉浇注料、刚玉砖等进行了对比分析。结合实际情况,采用了锆刚玉莫来石制品作为炉衬的向火面。近6年的运行表明:在不改变炉衬厚度及炉膛有效容积的情况下,大幅度提高了反应炉的适应能力和抗热震稳定性能,延长了反应炉衬的使用寿命,消除了生产运行中的不稳定因素,使装置具备了三年一修的条件。
The feature of sulphur recovery reaction furnace and the problem existed in fire resisting furnace lining of reaction furnace were analyzed. And contrasted it with the common used stamped material, corundum cast material and corundum brick. . In combination with the actual situation, the zirconium corundum mullite products were used as the furnace lining over against the fireside. After operation in recent 6 years denoted that; Under the condition of without changing the furnace lining thickness and the effective volume of fire box, the adaptive capability of reaction furnace and the thermal shock stability were increased in wide range, the service life of reaction furnace lining was prolonged, the unstable factor during production operation were eliminated and made the unit have the condition of overhauling once in 3 years.
