摘要
叙述了广州石化分公司推行TNPM(全面规范化生产维修)的作法及过程和推行TNPM后取得的成效,通过一年来的实践所取得的初步体会。可供未开展及正在开展TNPM管理活动的企业借鉴。
The method and process for popularizing TNPM (total normalized production maintenace) and the achievement obtained after popularization were mentioned. The preliminary experience obtained from one-year practice could be used for reference to enterprises that did not develop or was developing the management of TNPM.
