四种枳实中药材柚皮甙、橙皮甙和辛弗林含量的比较分析 被引量:13

Comparative Analysis of the Contents of Naringin, Hesperidin and Sypephrine in Four Kinds of Zhishi Chinese Herbs

摘要 枳实是一种中药材,为来源于芸香科(Rutaceae)柑桔属(CitrusL.)和枳属(PoncirusRaf.)的部分植物干燥幼果.具有破气消积,化痰散痞的功效.本研究采用高效液相色谱法分别测定了绿衣枳实、鹅眼枳实、柚和酸橙(代代)中主要有效成分柚皮甙、橙皮甙和辛弗林的质量分数.结果表明,这4种枳实中药材在这几种有效成分含量上存在较明显差异.柚皮甙的质量分数以柚最高,可达13.872%;橙皮甙的质量分数以绿衣枳实最高,为0.100%;辛弗林的质量分数以鹅眼枳实最高,为29.128%.由于枳实药材的药性与其有效成分的含量密切相关,所以明确这4种枳实药材中有效成分的含量对药材的品质和用量都具有指导意义. The Chinese herbs Zhishi are the dried immature fruits of Citrus and Poncirus and its derivates in Rutaceae, with relieving Qi and eliminating phlegm in body. The contents of naringin, hesperidin and sypephrine were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in four kinds of Zhishi: Lvyi(C.poncirus Raf.), Eyan (C.poncirus Raf.), You (C.grandis Osbcek ) and Daidai (C.aurantium L.). The results showed that the contents of active components in four kinds of Zhishi are obviously different, in all samples, the contents of naringin for You was the highest to be 13.872%; the contents of hesperidin for Lvyizhishi was the highest up to 0.100%; the contents of sypephrine was the highest up to 29.128% or Eyan. The medicinal functional characteristics of Zhishi is closely related to their contents of the active components, Therefore,defining the contents of the active components in the four herbs of Zhishi has leading significance for qualities and dosages of the herbs.
