摘要
结合某大桥施工实例 ,介绍了翻板模的构造、工作原理与流程 ,详细阐述了其翻模组装、平台提升及模板翻升工艺 ,提出了施工中的注意事项 ,指出该工艺有效克服了滑模在滑升时模板与混凝土之间的摩擦阻力 。
Combined with practice of one bridge the over-form construction technology is introduced from working principle, construction process and other aspects. According to assembly of over-form,platform lifting and turnover technology detailed introduction is made.The matters needing attention in construction are emphasized. Author pointed out this technology efficiently overcome the friction resistance between concrete and form board.
