国内托妮·莫里森作品的译介述评

A Review of the Introduction and Translation of Toni Morrison's Works in China

托妮·莫里森是近年来美国少数族裔文学研究的重要对象和美国文学研究的一个热点。莫氏作品在中国的译介与传播已有二十余载,我们有必要对这一文化事件作一回顾和思考。1980年,莫里森的名字首次出现在中国的报刊杂志上,之后国内译界就再也没有停止过对她的关注。本文以时间为线,辅以翔实的材料,对1980年代以来国内莫里森作品的译介作一梳理和评述。

Toni Morrison is a towering figure in the contemporary literature of American ethnic minorities and has drawn much attention from the main-stream critics at home and abroad. Morrison was first introduced to China in 1980. Ever since then, Chinese readers have become more and more familiar with her works, which meanwhile have aroused our translators' great interest. Several of her works have been put into Chinese. This paper, provided with chronologically detailed materials, is a review of the introduction and translation of her works in China.
