水泥稳定风积砂作为路面基层材料的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用均匀设计的方法来优化试验 ,以水泥、碎石、风积砂为原材料进行试验研究 ,得到水泥稳定风积砂的最佳含水量、最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度、回弹模量等指标 ,并通过SPSS软件进行回归分析 ,建立回归方程。研究结果表明 :水泥用量对无侧限抗压强度的影响最大 ,其次是碎石的用量 ,风积砂的用量对强度的影响较小。通过铺筑试验路的试验和观测 ,结果表明 ,水泥稳定风积砂基层状况良好 ,且弯沉值满足有关的要求。 The optimization of test is carried out by homogeneous design.The cement,macadam and wind-blown sand are researched under test as raw material and material.So the optimization of moisture content of cement stabilized wind-blown sand,the maximum dry density,the noncomfined compressive strength and the modulus of resilience have been obtained,and by means sf software SPSS the regression analysis was conducted also,forming regression equation.The researched results show that cement consumption has maximum influence over nonconfined compressive strength;the Second influence is the macadam consumption,while the consumption of wind-blown sand has a little one over it.The results of test and observation indieates that the state of cement stabilized wind-blown sand base is fine,and the coefficient of deflection has met the related demands.
