二十多年来我国开展“严打”斗争的经验和教训表明,要更好地实现“严打”斗争的预期目 标,我们就必须明确“严打”主体,体现工作重心;细化“严打”对象,明确“严打”目标;研究“严打”斗争策 略,体现“严打”特色;控制“严打”成本,提高“严打”效益;巩固“严打”成果,建立长效机制。
According to the practices and lessons of the strike-hard operation more than twenty years, we must make clear the subject of strike-hard operation and emphasize the keystone of the work, subdivide the object of strike-hard operation and definite the targets of strike-hard operation, research on the strategy of strike-hard operation and embody the characteristics of strike-hard operation, have the cost of strike-hard operation under control and promote the benefits of strike-hard operation, consolidate the achievements and construct the long-term system.
