谭献是清代常州词派的词学大家。他主要继承张惠言、周济的词学观念,并折衷调和浙西词派的 词学思想,进而形成自己独特的词学主张。

Tan Xian was a great of Changzhou School of Ci Poetry in the Qing Dynasty. He came in for the ideas of Zhang Huiyan and Zhou Ji, and made a compromise with Zhexi School of Ci Poetry, then he came into being his own thoughts.
