摘要
目前,火电机组普遍存在发电机过频保护与汽轮机超速保护之间的配合问题。如果这两者不配合,会发生 各发电机组的超速保护反复动作,造成孤立网系统振荡,直至瓦解,导致整个孤立网全部停电。为解决过频保护与汽 轮机超速保护之间的配合问题,电网在计算、确定过频保护定值时,应与超速保护定值一起进行计算确定。
At present the matching problems between the generator over frequency protection and turbine over speed protection exist commonly in coal-fired power units. If the two protection will not match to each other, the over speed protection of individual generation unit will be activated repeatedly, which results in oscillation of the individual network system till its trip-out and power-off of the whole network. To solve this matching problem the setting of the over frequency protection to be calculated and determined for the power network should be considered together with the setting of the over speed protection.
