摘要 国产600MW节水型直接空冷汽轮机组具有低压缸刚度强、轴承座结构先进、叶片不会发生颤振、通流结 构级数少、效率高、启停灵活,变负荷适应性好、尺寸小、拆装方便等特点。火电厂应用空冷汽轮机组时,应注意机、炉、 电一体化的匹配、6个特征工况点功率及选用原则、适宜建厂条件等问题。文章结合华北某高寒、富煤、缺水新建电厂 的具体条件,用曲线法求解了直接空冷机组的额定出力值。 The domestic 600 M W water saving type direct air-cooling turbine units are characterized by strong stiffness of their low casings, advanced bearing pedestal structure, no shaking occurring to blades, less grade number of through-flow structure, high efficiency, flexible start-up and stop, good suitability to load variation, small size, convenient for removal and erection, etc.. While they are used for coal-fired power plants, attention should be paid on the integration of turbine, boiler and generator, electrical and output of 6 feature points, selection principle, proper condition for construction of plant, etc.. The paper combines the specific conditions of new constructive power plant of higher-cold air temperature, rich coal and lack of water in north China and gives out the rating output of the direct air-cooling unit by means of curves.
