摘要
秦山第二核电厂1号汽轮发电机在安装、试运过程中,特别关注氢气冷却器部套、轴封装置、轴承、同轴励 磁机组的安装,同时注意机组的找正和定位及封闭、发电机及励磁机各动间隙及静间隙的实际值。运行中,测量了机 组运行工况参数、各风区温度及轴振。鉴于机组运行情况,提出了发电机氢气冷却器非进、出水端密封结构和氢气冷 却器供水方式及励磁机转子结构的改进方法。
During installation and commissioning of No.1 turbine-generator unit in Qinshan No.2 Nuclear Power Station special attention has been paid on installation of assemblies of hydrogen cooler, shaft seal, bearings, coaxial exciting unit. At same time attention was paid also on alignment, position and closing of the unit, actual values of all dynamic and static gaps between the generator and exciter. During operation all operating conditions, temperatures of all air area and shaft vibration were measured. According to operation conditions of the unit the improving method has been put forward for sealing structure at non-intake/outlet end of generator hydrogen cooler, water supply mode for cooler and rotor structure of exciter.
