地面盘管地板辐射供暖的模拟计算与设计 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了地面盘管低温热水地板辐射供暖系统,置于地板装饰层与楼板保温层之间封闭夹层空间内的热水盘管直接加热地板表面。在分析传热机理的基础上,用有限单元法对这种结构的二维综合传热问题进行了数值求解,模拟计算了地板装饰层的材质与厚度、盘管间距、供水工况和供暖室内、外温度在合理范围内的变化对地板热力性能的影响,给出了设计原则。 A floor radiant heating system with low-temperature hot water in ground coiled pipes is introduced. The floor is directly heated by hot water in coiled pipes which are put in enclosed sandwich space between the floor decorative layer and the floor insulation layer. On the basis of analysis of heat transfer mechanism, the numerical solution for two-dimensional comprehensive heat transfer of this structure is conducted with finite element method, the effect of material and thickness of floor decorative layer, coiled pipe spacing, supply water condition and reasonable variation of outdoor and indoor temperature on the thermodynamic properties of the floor is calculated by simulation, and the design principle is given.
