摘要
可复用工艺设计是我国加速企业信息化进程,提高CAPP系统开发效率的重要环节。分析零件特征及特征之间 的关系,建立零件综合信息模型,将工艺知识面向设计过程重新组合,服务于可复用工艺设计的各个子任务,对于解决工 艺系统客户化工作量大、充分提高工艺知识的可复用性有很好的理论价值和现实意义。
Reusable process design is so crucial to accelerate enterprise information construction and promote the efficiency of CAPP.Analyzes the characteristic of parts and connection between the characteristics,sets up a comprehensive part information model,and combines the process knowledge again facing design process to serve every task of reusable process design,which is of high theoretic value and practical significance to resolve the problem about a large amount of various client in process system and enhance the reusability of process knowledge.
