改性胶粉在废旧苯乙烯类混杂塑料中的应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究了采用不同方法对精细胶粉(GRT)进行改性,并应用于废旧苯乙烯类混杂塑料(WPS)中,详细讨论了改性精细胶粉的用量对于复合材料体系拉伸强度、冲击强度等力学性能的影响。测试结果表明,对于不同改性方法制备的改性胶粉,均是在WPS中用量为5份时,所得复合材料的综合性能较好。其中,De link再生剂与SBR并用改性胶粉与WPS复合材料的拉伸强度为最高,为基体WPS的88 2%,较之未改性WPS/GRT提高了51 5%;羧基丁苯胶乳、引发剂BPO和偶联剂A 174并用改性胶粉/废旧苯乙烯类混杂塑料的冲击强度最高,比废塑料基体提高了43 3%,比未改性GRT/WPS复合材料提高了2 5倍。扫描电镜测试分析表明,胶粉改性可有效改善其与塑料基体间的界面粘合。 Modified ground tire rubber (GRT,80mesh,about 177μm) was prepared by various kinds of methods and the applications in the waste polystyrene (WPS) mixture which might contain some high impact polystyrene (HIPS)and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) were investigated.The influences of the contents of modified GRT on tensile and impact properties of GRT/WPS are discussed in detail.Mechanical property tests showed that the composite had better comprehensive properties when modified GRT content was 5phr.Composites obtained from De-link and SBR modified GRT showed the highest tensile strength which was 88.2% of WPS and 51% higher than unmodified GRT/WPS composite.Composites obtained from Carboxylated-styrene-butadiene latex (together with BPO and A-174) pretreated GRT showed the highest impact strength which was about 200% of unmodified GRT/WPS composite.Scanning electric morphology (SEM)showed that the modification of GRT could improve the interfacial adhesion between GRT and WPS matrix efficiently.
