摘要
研究了黏土和黏土处理剂的选择,聚酰胺6/黏土纳米复合材料的工业化试生产工艺,并对纳米复合材料的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,黏土在聚酰胺6基体中以纳米尺度剥离并均匀分散,纳米复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度和电性能均较纯树脂有较大幅度的提高。
Polyamide 6/clay nanocomposite was successfully prepared in the industrial scale,and the structure and properties were studied.The results showed that clay was exfoliated and dispersed in nanoscale in polyamide 6 matrix,and the mechanical,heat distortion temperature and electric properties of the nanocomposites were dramatically increased.
