Study on Personalized Information Service for College Library in the Network Environment

个性化信息服务是图书馆信息服务的发展方向,是满足用户信息需求,培养个性、表现个性的服务。图书馆实施个性化信息服务的对策是研究用户信息需求行为,建立用户信息库;开发数字化馆藏资源,建立自己的特色数据库借助推进技术,变静态服务为动态服务;建立学科馆员制度,提高个性化信息服务质量等。同时就加强图书馆个性化信息服务系统模式结构的研究,积极开拓个性化信息服务的新领域。

Personalized information service is the trend of library service, which can meet the demand for information needed by the clients. The strategies in personal information service should study the behaviors of the clients, and establish databases so as to expand database resources and set up user information database, develop digitized collection resources, establish our own special databases, so as to promote IT application in agriculture and shift from static service to dynamic service, therefore the quality of personal information service can be improved. Moreover, Study on service system structure should be strengthened.
