摘要
自然垄断和外部性、国家安全战略及高风险新兴领域开发使国有资产在全球普遍存在 ,对其进行有效管理是全球性课题。从出资者权利的行使、经营方式、股权出售。
Natural monopoly and externality, state safety strategy and the development of new industry with higher risks make the state-owned assets exist world widely. So, its effective management is an international research project. This paper expatiates the typical state-owned assets management system in developed countries and its revelation for us.
