概述了地震台改革的必要性,分析了地震台站的现状和发展原则,提出了地震台站的改革思路和设想。认为地震台站改革除继续发扬艰苦奋斗的优良传统外,应引进高素质的人才,不断开拓创新,这样,才能闯出一条适合台站发展的新路。

Necessity for reform of seismological stations is briefly discussed, analysis of current situation and developing principles of seismological stations are made and some ideas for reform of seismological stations are proposed. The author thinks that a suitable way for development of stations could be find, if we, beside keeping up good tradition of hard struggle in work, work creatively and hire smart persons.
