仙龙颗粒对大鼠佐剂性关节炎T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

AN INFLUENCE OF "XIANLONG KELI" ON T-LYMPHOCYTE SUBPOPULATION IN RAT ADJUVANT ARTHRITIS

为探讨仙龙颗粒 (XLG)对细胞免疫功能的影响 ,采用Freund’s完全佐剂诱发SD大鼠佐剂性关节炎 (AA) ,在灌服XLG 30天后 ,测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD+ 4 、CD+ 8细胞表达率及CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值。结果显示XLG大剂量组明显抑制CD+ 4 、提高CD+ 8细胞表达率 ,使CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值降低 ;中剂量组仅抑制CD+ 4 细胞 ,对CD+ 8细胞无明显作用 ,CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值仍异常 ;小剂量组对CD+ 4 /CD+ 8均无明显作用。表明XLG大剂量有较好的细胞免疫调节作用。

Adjuvant arthritis was induced in SD rats by Freund's complete adjuvant as to study the influence of 'XIANLONG KELI' (XLK, TCD granulae) on cell-mediated immunity. Thirty days after the administration of XLK, the expression rates of T-lymphocyte subpopulations CD+4 and CD+8 and the CD+4/CD+8 ratio were detected. The results showed that the large dose of XLK could significantly inhibit CD+4, raise the CD+8 expression rate and reduce the CD+4/CD+8 ratio; the moderate dose of XLK could only inhibit CD+4 cell but have no effect on CD+8 cell and the CD+4/CD+8 ratio remained abnormal; the small dose of XLK had no significant effect on CD+4 and CD+8, suggesting that the large dose of XLK has a good regulating effect on the cellular immunity.
