列举国内医学期刊中一次“结论错误文献”引用泛滥及所造成的危害 ,阐述对医学论文文后参考文献科学性审查的重要性 ;认为医学论文文后参考文献应为最佳证据。结合目前医学期刊中引用参考文献存在的问题 ,认为在全球性信息化时代 ,为提高我国科技论文的质量 ,作者、审稿人及期刊编辑均应该掌握和利用开放的媒体平台 ,对文后参考文献进行科学性审查。

There had been such a flood of citing a false concluded document which was published in one domestic medical periodical first. According to the harm of it, this article discusses the importance of scientifically evaluating the bibliography of the medical papers and points out that the bibliography of medical papers should be real and of best evidence. Some problems still exist in the bibliography in the medical periodicals at present. Therefore, the authors, the peer reviewers and the editors should all master and take use of the open mass media to make a scientific evaluating of the bibliography of medical documents, so as to improve the quality of our papers in the global information era.
