Lyocell纤维是具有高干、湿强和高湿模量的优质纤维素纤维,用MJS喷气纺纱方法纺制Lyocell纱线,是优质原料与新型纺纱方法的结合,所产生的纱线和织物,具有优良的实物质量和外观效果。但不同的Lyocell纤维,其生产状况和纱线质量各异。文章介绍了对英国Tencel和韩国HLF Lyocell纤维进行纯纺所采取的不同工艺及技术措施。
Spinning Lyocell yarn with MJS jet spinning machine can take the advantages of both the unique material and the new spinning technology and consequently endow the resulted yarn and fabric with excellent quality and attractive appearance. However, when using different Lyocell fibers, the production conditions and yarn quality may vary from one to the other. The article introduces the different processes and technical measures adopted for spinning 100% Lyocell yarn by using respectively the British-made Tencel fiber and the Korean-made HLF Lyocell fiber.
