The Design & Development of CVC High-count Tropical Yarn-dyed Fabric

高支薄型色织布在市场上颇为流行,但设计和生产有一定的难度。文章根据织物的几何结构原理讨论了织物的规格设计和组织设计,并结合生产工艺讨论了喷气织机制织CVC色织布所需解决的主要问题,提出了提高产品质量与织造效率的相应措施。

High-count tropical yarn-dyed fabrics are currently popular on market. But there are certain difficulties in the design and production of such fabric. Based on the characteris- tics of the geometric structure of the fabric, the specification design and weave design of such fabric are discussed in this article. By analyzing the production process, the article also discusses the major problems demanding solutions during weaving CVC yarn-dyed fabric on air-jet loom and relevant measures for improving fabric quality and weaving efficiency.
