摘要
科学技术的进步 ,促使国际间大量科技信息的交流和传递。这就要求翻译软件的快速性和准确性。目前的日中对译机器翻译软件还不能很好地体现翻译所要达到的“信”、“达”、“雅”。在影响翻译表达的诸多因素中 ,首先遇到的莫过于对词汇意思和对句子结构的分析。在利用翻译软件对科技文章进行翻译时 ,由于专业词汇的贫乏和专业知识的欠缺 ,会影响译者的翻译质量。本文从语义和语法角度对机器翻译表达中出现的一些问题用实例加以分析 ,并提出一些解决办法。
The progress of science and technology facilitates the international exchange of a large amount of information and transmit. High speed and accuracy are required of the translation software. The present Japanese/ Chinese machine translation software still has not embodied the three peculiarities, namely, 'faithfulness', 'coherence' and 'elegance' that are essential in translation. The various factors influencing translators are the comprehension of the meaning of the vocabulary and the analysis of sentence structure. When the translation software is used to translate articles concerning science and technology, the content of the translation is seldom satisfactory due to the deficiency of professional lexicons and professional knowledge. In this paper, the problems unfolded regarding the utilisation of machine translation will be viewed from the semantic and grammatical perspectives and will be analysed with examples, and some solutions will be provided to the problems.
