外贸函电特点与翻译刍议

国内有关翻译的学术期刊所登载的文章对外贸文体的翻译研究多有论述 ,为业内人士从事相关的翻译实践提供了有益的理论和技巧等维度的指导。本文拟从外贸函电的特点和翻译实践所遵循的原则两方面做初步的探讨。文章提出用“近文言体”翻译外贸函电的观点。

The academic papers published in local periodicals have explored deeply into the Translation Studies concerning business texts and have given some useful instructions regarding theories and techniques for the translators in such field. The paper will launch a primary exploration on the characteristics of commercial correspondence and the principles of translation practice. The paper puts forward the application of the “quasi_ancient Chinese style” for the translation of commercial correspondence.
