摘要 研究了合成双酚A的巯基烷基胺改性离子交换树脂催化剂失活的原因;在金属离子、甲醇和空气存在的条件下,磺酸基与金属离子络合、巯基与甲醇醚化、被空气氧化,使催化活性逐渐降低。结果表明强酸性阳离子交换树脂的结构对催化剂的稳定性影响较大,低交联度、大孔型树脂具有较好的催化活性和稳定性。 The deactivation of the cation exchange resin catalyst, which was modified by ~thioalkylamine , and used for bisphenol A synthesis was investigated. With the presence of metal cation, methanol and air, catalyst deactivated gradually because of the sulfonic group complexed with metal cation, the mercapto group etherified with methanol and oxidized by air. The structure of the ~strong ~acidic cation exchange resin played an important role in catalyst stability. Macroporous structure with low crosslinkage provided good catalytic activity, high selectivity and stability.
